What
do I do to enter?
1.
Look around Igniters Direct website and find 'Orange
Igniter Guy'. Click on him, enter your details
and press submit.
2. Call back at the beginning of the next month, check
the prize winners page, and if you've won email 'Igniter
guy' to claim your prize - that's it!
What
happens when I enter this competition?
This competition is free to enter and is open to everybody.
As part of this competition we'd like you to visit us again
to see if your a winner, if
you are a winner you'll need to claim. So click the
add to favorites button (left) as a reminder. We're giving
stuff away for free throughout the heating season, so why
not.
By
entering the competition you are opting into our promotions
listing to receive occasional promotional gifts from Igniters
Direct (pens, mugs and so on), and advance product update
information (you can choose to opt out while entering the
competition). There is also an opportunity to enter
your company details. Igniters Direct will then place your
companies information onto an HVAC engineers location map
as soon as practicable.
If
you're not here on company business and you only wish to enter
the competition - that's fine too, simply check the 'do not
retain my details' button on the competition entry page. Remember
after this competition closes another will begin so, click
the button on the left and add Igniters Direct to your favorites
so that you can check out the prize winners each month.
Winner
announcement
The winner's name and state only
will be announced on this website as soon as practicable on
close of this competition. As the 2005 season progresses the
prizes keep rolling out. So add this page to your favorites
and call back to check out the next offer.
Competition
terms and conditions
1. The following may not participate in the Igniters
Direct free draw competition: Igniters Direct Limited employees
or agents or members of their immediate family and any other
person directly connected with the administration or making
of this competition.
2. Igniters Direct Limited prize gifts will only be delivered
free to a US or Canadian address as indicated by the winners
details. One condition of this competition is that winners will
be announced at the beginning of
each month and it is the winners responsibility to claim.
A prize will be forfeited and revert to Igniters Direct Limited
if the winner has not claimed within 120 days after notification
on this website.
3. In the extremely unlikely event that the prize is
no longer possible to purchase (e.g. a manufacturer ceases to
make the model or goes bankrupt) we will provide a similar prize
to the value of the original promotional offer.
4. The steps you are required to complete are: find the
'Orange Igniter Guy’
and click on him to enter the competition, type in your contact
details and then click the submit button. You will not be deemed
entered into the competition until you receive a confirmation
email from us.
5. An independent judge will determine the winner. The
judges decision is final and binding and no correspondence will
be entered into. The winner will be announced on this web page
as soon as practicable thereafter the close of competition.
6. The Igniters Direct website free entry competition
is intended for residents of the USA and Canada. If you are
not a resident of or located outside of the USA and Canada you
are responsible for ensuring that the local laws where you are
resident or located allow you to participate.
7. Igniters Direct reserve the right to cancel any free
entry competition, for any reason, before or after all or some
of the entry forms have been received.
8. Upon accepting the prize Igniters Direct reserve the
right to use your image and/or name for promotional purposes.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for electronic,
network, telecoms, systems, hardware or software faults, failures
or omissions, or network availability, accessibility or congestion
or failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or the
acts or omissions of any service provider or unauthorized human
acts.
10. With the exception of liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence we shall not be liable for any
loss. We make no representations or warranties with regard to
the prizes offered nor as to the quality, suitability or availability
of the goods offered as prizes.
11. Although we make every effort to ensure that the
ignitersdirect.com website is always available, we cannot guarantee
that access to the Igniters Direct free entry competition will
be continual and error free and will not be held responsible
to you for periods when the website is unavailable.

Igniters Direct Limited use the personal data you provide
to administer the competition and send occasional promotional
gifts and information about further Igniters Direct products.
We also add your company location and contact details if you
so choose. We may also have to use / disclose it for fraud
prevention, legal or regulatory reasons. If you do not wish
us to notify you of other promotional gifts and information
about further Igniters Direct products please e-mail us at
optout@ignitersdirect.com.
We will remove you from our database as soon as practicable
on close of the competition.
